Strong Interest Inventory

Strong Interest Inventory® is one of the world’s most widely recognized career planning tools. Built on John Holland’s theory of vocational interests and supported by more than 80 years of research, the assessment provides insight into the types of careers commonly chosen by people with similar interests, as well as the factors that may motivate individuals at work.

The Strong Interest Inventory® helps individuals explore their interests across six broad areas: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional — collectively known as the RIASEC model.
